Join author, Erica Richmond, as she guides you through a 6-week writing group designed to help you explore your relationship with writing. We'll use a multi-modality practice that has proven to inspire and spark creativity.
You will receive access to a pre-recorded video on the following dates:
Each 30(ish) minute video will include:
- body stretch
- guided visualization with affirmation
- warm up writing activity
- 20 minute writing activity
- follow up activity
There is no deadline to complete the activities but it is highly recomended that you do your best to complete one video/week.
A discussion forum will be available to all group members throughout the program.
There will be a group zoom call on the following dates: (subject to change, depending on availability of group members)
